In 2022–2025, the company voluntarily included assistance for persons with disabilities in its list of social projects, so that the benefits of the social program would be distributed in full compliance with the principle of fairness. Within the project, 43 beneficiaries receive monthly financial assistance. The program benefits persons with disabilities living in the villages of the Mtispiri community and in Chkhakaura.
In 2023, a New Year's concert for individuals with disabilities took place at the Folklore Center of Ozurgeti Municipality. Over 80 individuals with disabilities attended the event.
In 2023–2025, a project was implemented through a partnership between Bakhvi HPP and the local non-governmental organization “Women for Women” for the parents of minors with disabilities living in Chokhatauri Municipality. Within the project, numerous trainings and therapeutic courses were conducted for them.
