Bizhan Heshmatiazar - Senior Advisor/Civil Engineer, Bakhvi HPP Company
Mr. Bizhan Heshmatiazar is an experienced Civil Engineer. He joined Bakhvi HPP company in 2024 as the Senior Advisor. His responsibilities encompass overseeing critical aspects of the project's execution. He meticulously manages relations with subcontractors and oversees the supply chain logistics for construction materials. Additionally, he orchestrates the coordination of works within the project's perimeter, ensuring alignment with technical drawings and upholding stringent quality and safety standards. His responsibilities extend to fostering effective collaboration among designers, contractors, and engineers to ensure adherence to project specifications.
Mr. Heshmatiazar extensive career in civil engineering began in 1998, marked by notable contributions to projects of varying scales in Iran and Iraq until 2018. Subsequently, he continued his tenure in Georgia at "Element Construction" LLC from 2018 to 2024. There, he held key positions overseeing projects such as Aragvi 2 HPP and Mtkvari HPP, demonstrating proficiency in diverse domains including hydropower plant construction, residential development, and infrastructure projects.
Mr. Heshmatiazar is a graduate of Tehran Islamic Azad University, he obtained his civil engineering degree in 2001. He is graduate the Technical Institute of the National Cartographic Center in Tehran, Iran, in 1993.
