
Nana Berdzenishvili - Member of the Supervisory Board
Ms. Nana Berdzenishvili was appointed as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Bakhvi HPP on 4 August 2022. She serves as the ESG & Sustainability Lead of Caucasus Clean Energy Holding. Since 2020, Ms. Berdzenishvili has overseen the alignment of the ESG function across all companies within the holding with Georgian legislation, as well as with the environmental and social standards of international institutions, including IFC and EIB standards.
Between 2008 and 2013, Ms. Berdzenishvili worked in the international NGO sector. From 2013 to 2020, she provided consultancy and expert services to organizations including USAID, the U.S. Embassy in Georgia, EBRD, ADB, KDB, and EIB. Her professional experience also includes cooperation with BP, where, within the framework of the South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion Project, she led the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement and social programming policies.
Ms. Berdzenishvili currently serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Georgian Renewable Energy Development Association (GREDA). She is a graduate of the Business Law School of Tbilisi State University and holds a Master's degree in Business Law. She is also an alumna of the Swedish Institute Executive Management Programme and the Central Eurasia Leadership Alliance (CELA) Cohort 17.
