Bakvi Hydropower Plant has successfully completed another significant infrastructure project. In July of this year, the company commenced road rehabilitation work in the village of Mshvidobauri (Okroskedi), focusing on a 3-kilometer stretch of the main road. The project was completed in September, involving comprehensive grading and graveling of the roadway. Additionally, drainage channels alongside the road were cleaned and newly constructed to ensure proper water management. Under Bakvi HPP's infrastructure program, similar road rehabilitation initiatives were carriedout in the villages of Ukanava, Mtispiri, and Vaniskedi. In total, these projects covered the improvement of 8 kilometers of local roads, enhancing connectivity and access for these rural communities. This initiative underscores Bakvi HPP’s commitment to contributing to the development of local infrastructure, thereby improving the quality of life in the regions where it operates.
