The management of Bakhvi HPP places significant emphasis on supporting the new generation by offering work conditions and environments conducive to development and professional growth. This is particularly important at the Ozurgeti office, where young employees have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge, acquire practical skills, and gain unique experience by working alongside experienced and highly qualified engineers, energy specialists, financial experts, and environmentalists. Moreover, it is crucial for employees to share and adhere to the principles and criteria aligned with the organizational vision and strategic employment development plans of Bakhvi HPP’s investors and management. The company has developed an employment policy document, which will later be reviewed and approved by the Bakhvi HPPAdvisory Board. The primary principle of this employment policy is to ensure compliance with all existing safety measures and to share benefits with the local population of Guria residing near the project area. This approach aims to strengthen the local community and, consequently, contribute to the sustainable economic development of the Guria region. The process of selecting and employing local residents at Bakhvi HPP is governed by the principles of competence, impartiality, transparency, discipline, and strict adherence to labor safety regulations. Discipline and compliance with safety norms are particularly rigorously monitored and evaluated.
