Of all the people employed in the construction of Bakhvi HPP, 37% represent the local population, and as you will see in this video, 34% of them are women. Together with the local community, we built Bakhvi HPP \u2014 a project that will stand the test of time and will always be a source of pride.\nThroughout the implementation of the project, we managed to fulfill all the commitments we made during the early years. We built a hydropower plant that meets modern Western standards. At every stage of the Bakhvi HPP project, we ensured transparency, stakeholder engagement, initiated dialogue, and took recommendations into account.\nWe fulfilled all social projects that were agreed upon with the local population. Many people have benefited from the positive impacts that the project has brought to the region. Therefore, this project has a significant number of direct and indirect contributors.
