As part of the Bakhvi HPP video series, we present a new feature that highlights the impact of the project\u2019s strategic communications and public engagement approach, designed to ensure full transparency and a high level of stakeholder participation.<\/p>\n
\u201cFrom the very first days of project planning in 2021, our aim was to set a precedent\u2014\nto make the Bakhvi HPP project acceptable and accessible to every interested stakeholder.\nWe sought to build trust and turn all engaged groups into active participants, so that upon project completion, each of them could proudly say: \u2018I helped build Bakhvi HPP.\u2019<\/p>\n
For this reason, we worked consistently and openly with local communities, municipal authorities, civil society organizations, local media, and opinion leaders. Our objective was to ensure two-way dialogue, meaningful exchange, and active listening. Five years later, we can confidently say that this objective has been achieved. Today, as the project nears completion, stakeholders indeed feel that they built Bakhvi HPP together with us.\nIf I were to summarize these years in one sentence, I would say that Bakhvi HPP, at its core, is a story about human relationships\u2014relationships that endure throughout life,\u201d\nsays Nitsa Cholokashvili, Head of Public Relations at Bakhvi HPP.\nTransparent engagement remains the guiding principle behind the planning and implementation of all our projects.<\/p>\n
